Members of the UR Computer Science Department should connect to URCS Wireless B. Note that your laptop must be registered with the department in order to connect. If you have not done so already, complete the registration instructions by the Friday before the workshop.
Other employees and students from University of Rochester should use the UR_Connected network. Follow these instructions to prepare for using UR_Connected. UR_Connected uses Active Directory credentials. If you have not already set up your Active Directory credentials, visit to https://myidentitiy.rochester.edu and follow the links to "Change Password". If for some reason you have trouble with UR_Connected, you can instead follow the instructions to configure your laptop for UR_RC_InternalSecure. To avoid last-minute glitches, be sure to test your wireless access before the workshop!
Everyone else should connect to UR_RC_Guest, which does not require a password.
